Louisville is an awesome city, but it has been missing something… Exactly! It has been missing a mobile cabin selling warm cookies, fresh ice cream, and delicious ice cream sandwiches.

The wait is over, Louisville… The Cookie Cabin is Here!

A few years ago we visited New England and stumbled upon a food truck selling fantastic ice cream sandwiches. People stood in long lines to enjoy various combinations of cookie ice cream sandwiches. After trying a few different combinations ourselves, we thought this would go over great in Louisville.

We found The Cookie Cabin in the hills of Tennessee. Originally, The Cookie Cabin was a hot dog stand, but let’s face it… ‘The Hot Dog Cabin’ doesn’t sound quite right.

So we changed the name and brought you the Yummiest Treats on Two Wheels in Louisville… and now we all have The Cookie Cabin.

You’ll find the Cookie Cabin at festivals, community events and fundraisers in the Louisville area throughout the year.

We are also available for special events such as birthday parties and corporate events.
